Why Should I Listen to These Songs?
Listening to specific songs, especially ones that resonate good vibes, will keep you motivated and inspired to keep going. It’s almost a manifestation of positivity--when you think positively, more positive things will begin to happen to you. Music is a very powerful force. It can make you see the world in different ways. The right song can inspire you to work harder. And some have the power to unite people, while others encourage us to see the beauty in the world. It can also give you a kick in the backside to accomplish your goals, or maybe a reminder that taking a moment to appreciate the beauty in the world can also give you a little lift that you occasionally may need.

Why is Music So Important to Our Motivation?
It can reduce fatigue. Music can bring something new and fresh, which helps the brain escape the detrimental routine--it fuels your brain to keep working and improve your physical endurance.
Music can also increase stimulation--there is a connection between the auditory and motor neurons. That is why music often makes us more active--physical activity sparks mental activity and therefore music fuels both productivity and motivation. Listening to music while doing an activity or task can also boost your self-confidence, which also leads to a greater self-esteem.
