Why is Motivation so Important?
Basically, it helps us focus on problems/tasks and work towards the solutions/goals. Regardless of what topic you choose to speak, write, or share with the world, it should do these specific things:
Capture your audience’s attention-- Your way to motivate should capture the attention of the audience whether it’s through humor, statistics, quotes, questions, etc.
Clarify the need-- You should then clarify what you want the audience to take action against or for. You can actually demonstrate the problem or idea and how not addressing it/them would have negative effects. Make the audience eager to take action.
Satisfy the need-- Next, present the solutions/ideas to the problems and negatives. This should be backed up with evidence such as data or statistics.

Envision the future-- Be as detailed as possible of where the solutions or ideas could take your audience or even the world. Think big, but also think of how a single individual could be affected. Although, make sure the visualizations are not overexaggerated and are actually possible.
Incite action-- Tell the audience about the specific steps or actions they could take to address ideas and solve problems. Do not set too many expectations. Instead encourage the audience to to get involved and follow the step by step process. You can even participate in the action.
*Of course this is a lot of information if you are simply posting on social media. Although, we can use different strategies to guide the audience through each point. We can put links on the posts or in the bio section. We can post to both the page and story features. And we can organize the information so it is easy to find and read.
